Safari 4 - Localised Google search?

Is there any way of changing the google search bar from searching google.com to search google.co.uk?

Would like a windows and an OS X solution if there is one.

You can do this on OS X using the Glims plugin for Safari. As for on Windows, I don't know, I left that world behind for the most part.
