This issue started for me yesterday. The little blue stars in Top Sites no longer appear when a page updates. If I completely close Safari and reopen it the stars will appear but not if it is left open, even though it will refresh the icons. I used Time Machine to restore the app and preference files for Safari from several days ago, but still no success. Any ideas?
