Safari 4 (windows version) help

I was wondering how to make safari open links in new tabs instead of new pages in windows.

As far as I know, you can't force in-browser links that open new windows to open in a new tab, instead... the Control-click method DOES work, however. If you mean links from other applications, this behavior is changed in the preferences.

actually you can, in mac os x by opening terminal and writing the following command :

defaults write com.apple.Safari TargetedClicksCreateTabs -bool true

I just tried manually editing the Safari for Windows plist file, with that key and value pair. Didn't work

I'm just guessing here, but maybe you can find the the option in the registry?
