Right!

I click reset safari, my cookies, cache, history..ect all of it checked, but for some odd reason say i visit myspace.com i find myself logged in again... i click log off and then say about 10 minutes on if i visit myspace again i am logged back in..

This is not just myspace, facebook and even my google account i get the same thing. I understand this is a beta but still...

How is this even possible when i reset everything and DON'T have auto autofill options set??

This sounds like a Safari bug, though I'm not sure what's causing it. I'd report it to Apple via the bug button on the toolbar. I cannot reproduce this on Safari 4 Public Beta for Windows.
