Safari 5.0.1 Flash Video weird things happening

OK,

I definitely haven't seen this before, ever since updating to 5.0.1 I cannot see any flash video thumbnails on youtube (the one from the right in the playlist) AND ALSO when I set video to full screen I can still see my DOCK and Apple Panel bar on top of the video. It is annoying.

Please see the screen, anyone knows how to get it back to normal?
