Safari 5.1.7 keeps reloading my tabs

I have been having this issue for a while now, but after I installed 5.1.7, i click to go to another tab and all my tabs refresh and i lose all my work online., so far it has been doing this like 5 times today.... Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is there a way to fix it?

I've experienced this problem before, but it's very rare that it happens.

Before i updated, it was when the tabs would freeze and i would have to click reload. but today my tabs reloaded by themselves like 4 times today

Ah I see. To clarify, I meant that it didn't happen very often for me. Thinking about it now though, I'm not sure I've ever had that problem in OS X, only in Windows 7.

Are you on Snow Leopard or Lion?

Snow Leopard is so last yr.'s if you don't have Lion wait for Mountain Lion is coming late summer.
