Safari 5.1 issues with ClickToFlash and Little Snitch

After updating Safari to 5.1 today Little Snitch keeps popping up telling me about everything and ClickToFlash seemed to have disappeared.

Anyone know how to get Safari back to it's old self without downgrading?

Reinstall clicktoflash. Their has been a update.

Little Snitch and ClicktoFlash 2.3.1 both work normally with safari 5.1

My understanding is that Safari 5.1 has removed the plugin functionality. I realised this when I noticed that the Evernote Clipper has disappeared. There's a discussion of this over on the Evernote Forum, with the usual division of blame between Apple and the application developer.

Again, my understanding is that developers are being/have been asked to replace such plugins with Safari Extensions.
