Safari 5 not playing video

Not sure what's going on with my Safari 5. I downloaded it the same day Apple released it and it was working perfect until yesterday when it stopped loading any kind of video, Youtube, Hulu, etc. I also have Google Chrome on my Macbook and it's working fine so I've been using that to watch videos but I'd rather use Safari 5. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Update your Flash player

Repair Disk Permissions and install the latest Flash Player.
