In Safari 4, the 'Block Pup-up Windows' command worked like a charm, blocking nearly all pop-up windows. In Safari 5, however, this command does virtually nothing to stop pop-up windows. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something I am not doing here lol.

Why don't you just do: Preferences>Security>Block pop-up windows.

The code probably does nothing because its designed for an older version of Safari.

Either that or the code is screwing it up. I have to turn off pop-up blocking to get pop-ups that I need. I'm thinking you jacked your **** up.

I am having similar issues. There's an annoying Netflix pop-under on MLB.com that Firefox blocks just fine, but Safari doesn't, even with "Block Pop-Up Windows" enabled. :( I am using Safari 5.
