Safari 6.1 for Windows

Until this point I have used Chrome across platforms due to bookmark syncing, password manager add on's etc... Since Safari 6.1 appeals to me and I think offers what features I like, I'd love to start using it on both my personal mac and work pc as my primary browser. From what I can tell, apple hasn't come out with an updated Safari since 5.7 something. Does anyone think they will ever update Safari again? Am I the only one that wants to use this across platforms???

I'm surprised no one ever posted here. You are not alone. I love Safari for Windows mainly because of its independent font rendering.

Unfortunately, Apple has discontinued Safari for Windows. There was no "official" statement, but it hasn't received an update in about two years and the only way to download it is through Apple's archived downloads.

I suppose it wasn't worth the effort.... *sigh*


And 5.1.7 was the final version.

Have you tried iCloud Control Panel to sync everything to the PC?
