Safari 7.0.1 + Google Image Search

Hi,

Anyone experiencing a slowdown when using Google Image search in Safari 7.0.1? I can perform the search, the grey backgrounds for the images appear and then the browser locks up for several seconds before the images actually load.

Any ideas?

UPDATE [RESOLVED]: Turns out it was the Adblock Safari Extension that was causing the spike. Disabling ads on the google.com domain resolved the problem. The CPU still spikes a little, but nothing like before e.g. 18% of CPU usage.

No such problem for me. First thing I'd suspect is the network and/or Google.
