Hi,
I got this annoying issue in OSX Mavericks, Safari 7.1 (latest version) on both my iMac and MacBook Air right after the recent update.
When I'm highlighting text with the mouse/control surface (not always, but for instance when editing text in a post in the comment section in youtube etc.), the Safari window automatically scrolls up to the top. This is rather annoying. The latest update produced a Safari permission error in Disk Utility Permission Verify/Repair, but it can't be fixed even when booting from a USB stick.
Permissions differ on “Applications/Safari.app/Contents/Resources/Safari.help/Contents/Resources/index.html”; should be lrwxr-xr-x ; they are -rwxr-xr-x .
Any way to fix this? Thanks!
