safari 8.0.5 video static issue

Hi all, now i know currently I'm running 10.10.3 on my 2013 iMac. yes i know this is beta. however, the problem i been running into seems to have persisted since 10.10....
When i go to a site like youtube. most of the time if i play a video, i get static with the audio fro the video.
Sometimes if i wait a bit (pause) and go back to it, it clears up.
I am running the latest version of flash.
It also seemed to clear up a bit when delete all local storage in flash preferences...
I'm thinking of doing a PRAM reset to see if that helps...just wanted to see if anyone else has encounter this issue too

I don't have that problem and it shouldn't be flash releated, since youtube videos are almost all html5 by now. Right click the video and you'll see.
