Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

This morning I realized that I couldn't use gmail from safari anymore. Which is odd because it used to work just fine since I got my iPhone 4s and I have not made any changes.

The error messge it gave me was that my cookies were turned off so I could not use gmail. I then checked my safari cooking setting and it has been turned to accept cookies : never. I did not make this change and I don't know how it could have changed since gmail has been working since I got it on launch day 2 weeks ago.

What I am wondering is:
1. Has anyone have this happened to them?
2. How can safari setting change on its own, I have not connected this phone to an computer ever.
3. What is the default setting for safari cookies? Accept from visited sites?

Thanks for all your help.

Did you try rebooting your phone?

Yeah, I tried restarting my phone, it's still the same. I'm not sure if the default setting is off for accepting cookies or whether google mail would work without a cookie.
