Safari Ad-Blocker?

Anybody know a really good Ad-Blocker for Safari? I'd love it use Safari (on Firefox now) but I cannot stand all those annoying ads and stuff. Thats the main reason I use Firefox, is because of NoScript (my ad blocker).

Any suggestions?

PithHelmet is the best one out there. Period.

Been using it for years.

I installed that.

But, when I launch Safari, it gives me this register PithHelmet and I cannot click anything at all. I have to keep force quitting.

What gives?
