I use the full AdGuard for Mac and was messing around with the new Safari ‘add to dock’ feature and in it’s current state it bypasses AdGuard completely. Similar to how an iOS app (e.g. Apollo) opens links inside the app by default so you have to click on the web icon for the full website.

Interesting. This is a pretty big bummer, granted the websites I'd add to my dock aren't ones that are littered with ads or track every mouse movement I make.
