Safari ads opening App Store

That would be an overdue enhancement if not even a fix essentially.

Looks like this might be addressed in iOS 8 beta 2: "Safari now blocks ads from automatically redirecting to the App Store without user interaction." (from the release notes).

Can't come any sooner. Completely ruins iOS web browsing experience. As I'm typing this I'm redirected several times!

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like that functionality is there after all as people still run into these types of unwanted App Store redirects with iOS 8 currently.
