In Windows and I.E. if I go to a site and do a ctrl and + the text size increases. If I then bookmark that site and subsequently go back to it I.E. "remembers" that increased text size.
In Safari on that same site I can do a cmd and + and the text will increase in size as with I.E. however if I return to that site the unchanged text size is shown.
Am I using the wrong shortcut to increase text size or does Safari just not "remember" that change?
Thanks :)

I used two options. First, I chose to use Chrome for some sites. For Safari, there is no built-in option - I use the "ZoomBySite" extension - the developer keeps the extension current and it's available from Apple's website (here's the dev link, which I keep bookmarked: http://www.cerimorgan.com/products/zoombysite/)
