Safari and Facebook

I am on holidays in Vietnam and get on the Internet via wifi using my ipad, but can't open Facebook. When I try the message "Safari cannot open the page Because the server cannot be found". I can open other websites but not Facebook. Help!!!

FB is probably blocked where you are

Thanks I did think of that but I was able to use fb in Dalat Vietnam. I couldnt use it in China though. They BLOCKED heaps of sites
