Safari and Firefox crashing constantly

Ever since i updated to snow leopard and the first update safari and firefox always crash whenever I go to sites with flash stuff. Sometimes it's facebook, every time I go to ESPN it crashes, and a lot of time it does with mlb.com and nfl.com


like seriously, WTF how do I make this stop. It is so annoying now.

I wouldn't begin to assume I know what your problem is, but when Safari started crashing on me after an update, I was advised to copy all my plugins to the desktop and do a restart. It worked for me, copying my plugins back in one by one I managed to find the one that was crashing my Safari. I forgot which one it was but I know it was something I didn't dream of.
