When ever i use safari and firefox, they keep on crashing, particularly when I am using you tube or facebook. It seems to crash when it is interactive, especially when you are in active conversation. I have looked at websites and they suggested that I remove the flash player and then re-install which I have done but no help. Any help would be appreciated

Safari and firefox keeps on crashing

One thing that has helped for me is repairing the permissions as flash player screws a lot up when installed. I only see crashes on one app in facebook the rest of the site works fine.
I don't use youtube a lot but see some crashes there on both my mac and pc laptop this could be flash player and or viseo clips which have not been made very well and as such could also cause problems
