Safari and gmail probs =/

Hey,

for some reason lately when I try to log onto gmail on safari it just wont work, yet on firefox it works fine all the time. I thought this problem was already fixed, what gives?

sometimes you have to refresh for gmail to go.

I have the same issue. It will say loading in the top left of the page but nothing will happen. just pressing refresh works for me.

Kind of off topic, but you can use the Mail app with gmail, kinda makes things easier.

Yeah, it's a Safari thing. I had to push refresh all the time too. No problems with it in Firefox though.

Access gmail in your browser, go to settings in the top right.... go to pop 3 accounts... and make it active.

Set up Gmail as a POP account and then set up Mail to receive it. It's in the Gmail help.

you can even download all of the messages from your gmail inbox by selecting pop3 for all messages. But i had to set it up on my PPC to just download messages from now on...
