Safari & Apple TV App. Crashing On 2021 M1 MacMini w/16GB Memory

Well this is getting old. If I watch a movie via Safari, or with Apple TV on my MacMini Safari quits, as does Apple TV. I did get a warning via Clean My Mac Menu listing that my memory and SSD buffer were getting filled.

So is this hardware, Big Sur, M1 16GB memory limit?

I do have a second Dell 27" monitor running with Safari, Mail, and Messages.

I'm really disappointed that this software and hardware seems so hobbled.

MacBook Pro M1 8gb 256..
Had issues with safari for Netflix , prime, Disney, etc.
I've been using Chrome is no more issues...
Did not had any issue with the Apple TV app.
