Twice now an allow box has popped up when using safari to allow it to use a certain font.
Is this normal? When I click on the show in finder it takes me into a folder in my Word 2004 application folder, which does actually show the font.
It doesn't appear on the same site every time, its only happened twice, this time was when I loaded Facebook.

Is there anything to worry about?

A site wants Safari to use a font it currently doesn't have access to. If you say no, then it will use a default font instead. There's nothing wrong with saying yes.

there is obviously something not right. It might not be harmful (or might, IDK), but who else have to handle pop up asking for using font when goto facebook?
