Safari audio skipping, image distortion, video skipping?

Hello,

I recently got an imac and I have been having multiple problems in safari. I reset it and emptied the cache but nothing changed. It gets worse when I have more windows open.

Picture: comes up with distorted pixels on load and other times also flashes content multiple times or flashed distorted pixels.

Video: skips and becomes blurry

Audio: skips alot

Any suggestions please?

You're going to have to describe it a bit better than that.

Maybe it's Flash? Does it do it in a different browser?

Yes, the audio skipping happened in chrome as well but not the video bluriness, skipping and picture distortion.

Picture flashing and distortion happens often, as you can see in attached picture it is happening to the browser not the screen at large.

However, the audio skipping in video, video blurriness and video skipping seems to happen when I have too many tabs up in safari.

Did I make things clearer?

I have had this computer less than and week and should not be having these problems with the picture, audio and video.
