What I love about Safari running on Lion is the two-fingered swipe to move backwards and forwards through history. What really annoys me though is the wait for the page to automatically refresh when you 'swipe' back to it. Yes, it's only a couple of seconds, but it detracts from what is otherwise a great idea.
