Safari Autofill- 2 interfaces- why

Hi has anyone else noticed that the autofill feature in Safari shows 2 different kinds of interfaces. When I go to a certain website I see the suggested password autofill appearing in the quick type bar above the keyboard but if I go to another website I see the autofill feature with a blue box front and centre. Does anyone know what this means or why this is happening, is anyone else noticing this

its driving me nuts as the new Safari auto login feature where it logs you in without you having to manually click login only seems to work with the blue box one strangely, Anyone noticing this also
