For the last few weeks Safari keeps asking me for the user password before autofilling (see attached screenshot).
The only pattern I notice is that it only does it after you first start Safari and won't do it again until you've quite and re-launched, i.e. launch Safari, try to log into a website and it will do this. I put the password in and it will now autofill this website and any others while this session of Safari remains open. If I then quit Safari and re-launch it, the first time I try to log in it will ask me for the password again.
Any ideas? Or is this how it's supposed to be these days?
