Safari autofill problems Safari v10.0.1 - macOS sierra 10.12.1

I am running Safari v10.0.1 which came with macOS sierra 10.12.1.
Even though I completed the contact form for autofill it never fills forms on websites. Only my first name appears. Autofill worked fine with previous versions of Safari with Mountain Lion. Does anyone know of a fix please?
