Safari becomes unusable due to pop up

This has happened on every website I have visited, sometimes I have no other option to force quit Safari due to the number of times it continues to pop up

What extensions do you have installed?

Does it happen in any other browser? If so, it's not your Mac but something in between you and the actual web servers.

I have turn off the lights and Ad block, I believe Turn OFf the lights was the culprit as I have turned it off and the issue has been resolved,
