I’m using a 2016 MacBook 12. It previously ran Big Sur Beta on a clean install with no valuable user data.
I converted to the public 11.1 release. All working ok except a biggie: Beta Safari appears to have remained after the conversion and public-release Safari not installed, or hidden. See images. Now what?

Searching so far has produced no answers. Is there a way to fetch an installer for new Safari? How do I remove or workaround the Zombie Safari? I realize ultimately I may have to create usb installer again and wipe everything but that’s what the installer I pulled from the Store should have done.
