Safari Book Marks wont sync New Mini

Hi All. Picked up a new M1 Mini today. I did a TM restore from my M1 Air.. All went over fine. I noticed now no bookmarks sync to the mini. They "do" sync across my Ipad Pro, Air M1 and my Iphone 11 pro max. I logged out of Icloud and signed back in. Unchecked Safari in icloud and re checked it and said to merge bookmarks. Still nothing will come in or out of the Mini to the other devices nor sync with any other devices. Am I missing anything on the mini? TIA ...

Check your safari preferences make sure tabs are set to sync
this helped me with Mojave last month on a new mini install

Thank you.. I fixed it last night... The M1 Air was just updated yesterday to 11.6.2 the Mini was 11.6 , so we updated the Mini to 11.6.2 and there was also a Safari Update too which we also updated the Air as well. Im sure the Safari Update fixed it but now 2 macs are updated and Safari Syncing is across all Macs and Ios devices. Thank you ! Hope this helps someone else here.

Good that can be annoying!
at first syncing is hit or miss, then after minutes everything starts to sync all of the sudden.
i do have a theory that there is a daly for 's behalf.
This iPod touch g4 almost accepted my password and sync, but stopped and said this could not be done, so there is extra software involved to check on what system the user is using.
oh well......

UPDATE: After all morning all was OK. Now the Mini wont sync to all the other devices. And on both Macs when I hit CMD D to add a bookmark, safari quits.
