Safari bookmarking is fubar

Who else is seeing this problem with adding bookmarks in Safari on iOS 16.2?

I add a bookmark. The name of the bookmark is correct but the link isn’t the current page it is the previous page I visited! 🙈🤦‍♀️🤦🏻🤦🏽‍♂️

Never noticed that, but on the subject, I’ve noticed if I add a bookmark and then rearrange its order, it messes with the order on my other devices, all of which are connected to iCloud. So I fix the order on the other device, but it messes up the first device! Eventually, it gets close enough, but I have three devices and its like the Bermuda Triangle fixing the order on them all.
