How do I remove this completly. I'm talking about the bar between the webpage window and the addy bar. Thanks.
 
I don't think that's possible... if you delete your bookmark bar from the Bookmarks>Show All bookmarks... and delete it on the left side.... I think that will just get rid of the bookmarks and leave the bar empty... but aside from that, i don't think it's possible.
 
Out of curiosity, why do you want the bar gone? I find it to be very useful.

Otherwise, mad jew's suggestion is the best (as is expected from him;)).

COMMAND-SHIFT-B should toggle whether the Bookmarks Bar is shown or not. The toggle can also be accessed from the View menu. :)

Thanks sooooo much - I HATE the accursed bookmarks bar, it makes my computer constipated with memory use.
