Hello,

i know macs layout isn't like windows.

but one thing i did like about windows was the ability to locate the favourites folder, and edit my bookmarks in bulk, delete, rename etc.

im struggling to find if mac safari stores the bookmarks, including favourites in a folder, where i can easily manage them, instead of inside safari?

many thanks,

stuart

They are stored in the Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / Safari folder.

How to access the hidden Library folder:

The Safari bookmarks are stored inside that plist file you mentioned and not in any folder you can manually edit. There are some third party apps like BookMacster ($$) that can access and manipulate the plist file though.
