for firefox, there is a way to put folders into the bookmarks bar. is there anyway to do the same for safari?

thnx.

i tried creating a new folder and dragging it to the bar but it didnt work. i am asking to confirm this. mayber there is another way.

thnx

Go to Bookmarks menu > Show all bookmarks.

From there, you can add bookmark folders and add to bookmarks bar.

Use the Bookmarks->Show all Bookmarks menu items. There you can drag folders of bookmarks to the Bookmarks Bar on the left or click on the Bookmarks Bar on the left and click the plus under the left of bookmarks in that collection.

You can also right-click the bookmarks bar and select new folder from the contextual menu. What way of creating a folder on the bookmark bar does *not* work? Did you try to drag a folder from Finder into the bookmark bar?

sweet thnx for the help! i drag it from folder to the tab bar in the left column instead of the field where all the bookmarks are.
