Just purchased my first Mac Pro 13" Laptop and noticed the safari browser is not open full size. How do I enable it to be full screen?

Just purchased my first Mac Pro 13" Laptop and noticed the safari browser is not open full size. How do I enable it to be full screen?

Snow Leopard: drag the window to the top left of the screen, then expand the window by clicking and dragging the window size from the bottom right corner where the diagonal lines are.
Lion: the is an icon with 2 opposing arrows on the top right corner. The keyboard shortcut is Control + CMD.
