Safari buffers on videos

I have a iPhone SE and when I turn the phone sideways to watch videos to see better it will stop to buffer. The iPod 6 I have doesn't do that. Is there a way to fix this when flipping phone sideways
 
It is slow on websites too when iPhone is flipped but my iPod doesnt have this issue
