Hey dudes,

So I'm using a 15" MBP with an HDD in a DataDoubler. For some reason, my Safari starts downloading files, gets to 'pretty much' the end, and then displays that "safari cannot write file". In my Download directory (in secondary HDD), I get an HTML file instead, incomplete.

What's ironic is that I can't download another browser >___________>

What do?
Cheers.

Me too

My wife's 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac is having this same problem. I've tried Repairing Permissions, and have verified ownership of the directories/folders, nothing solves the problem. What gives? Anybody?

Safari-->Preferences-->General

What is selected for "Save downloaded files to"?
