Safari "Can't find the server" (FF too)

Hi, this isn't an issue for every website but it just happens occasionally. Whenever I visit a website on Safari or Firefox it says "Safari/Firefox can't find the server". I have Little Snitch installed too and I can clearly see that when I click on a link or go to a website, its not contacting the websites' servers (so green bars arent going up; if you know what I mean ;) ) Anyone else have this issue?
