When I visit https://www.cocosbakery.com it tells me that the certificate has a problem. What is the problem? I am running the later version of safari. This is a real website as it belongs to a restaurant.

Yes, the problem is with the website (expired certificate on that website).
Not a Safari problem, but Safari warning you of the possibilty that website may not be what you think it is.
I think that's a Good Thing™
The message tells you how to proceed -- you can continue on to the website, as long as you understand the risks.
