Safari/Chrome suddenly unresponsive

This started a few days ago on my MBP (stats in signature). When I restart my computer and check the history, it's blank at times, even though I'm on iCloud sync. In addition, loading simple websites like YouTube and Google make the entire system freeze for sometimes over a minute, with the mouse being the only thing on the screen moving.

The same happens with Google Chrome. Here are the error logs from Console:
