Safari crapped on me and lost all passwords

A few days ago, Safari has a hissy fit and I had to force exit the program. Upon launch again, it has mysteriously lost all my saved usernames and passwords. Any ideas on how to get that info back from TM? If it is even possible? And all the passwords were generated by the OS. I am running Yosemite.
