Safari version 12 send a message that the extension ublock origins si slowing safari and will be disabled. When I tried to open Safri preferences it would crash remaining open with the colour wheel. When I moved my mac to another IP network I could access the extension and reenable the extension ublock origins.

Why would safari disable an extension without notifying me first? why would I be able to access the preferences from another network?
