Safari Crashing After 10.9 Mavericks Install

I'm just trying to install Mavericks to a late 2012 Mac Mini and seem to be having some issues. After installation I click on the Help bar on the top (to see what new features are in 10.9) which now loads Safari with the online Apple Help pages. As soon as it loads into Safari, it crashes. Does anyone know how to fix this?
