whenever i click the safari icon now, it opens up but no windows open up and when i hover my mouse over the top bar i get the twirling beach ball thing. then when i go to force quit, safari is not responding. very frustrating especially because i need it right now. help anyone?

safari crashing at startup

Depends how "thoroughly" you erase. If you have another browser installed, just import them from there once you've reinstalled Safari.
well nevermind all of that. it decided to start working today, but i'll reinstall if it happens again.
