Safari crashing on open - iPad iOS 6

I can't open Safari on my iPad. This was on 6.1.2 and 6.1.3. Even did a new update / restore to 6.1.3. Also cleaned out all my history, bookmarks etc.

I recommend a restore (again) to 6.1.3, choose set up as new, do not restore to backup.

Then as soon as the device is activated, check Safari.
If it works, replace your content using the tabs in iTunes.
