Safari Crashing

I installed a plug-in and no every time move my cursor it crashes safari can i delete and re-install safari some how?

Just remove the plug-in. Plug-ins and extensions are stored in three different places:

Hard Drive -> Library -> Internet Plug-Ins
Home Folder -> Library -> Internet Plug-Ins
Home Folder -> Library -> Safari -> Extensions

Look for it in those folders and remove it, then restart Safari.
