Safari: Create Web App?

Hi there

Anyone know how to create a Safari 'Web App' that can be launched and Safari only displays a small strip at the top without any back/ forward or any other buttons and o URL field?

I know there's an app called 'Fluid' but I want to do it directly with Safari.

Help appreciated, thanks
