Safari custom font

Hello,

I'd like to know how to force safari to show websites with a custom font I want to chose myself.
In Firefox, you can uncheck the option to allow website to use their own font, and in opera, you can chose to use your own font as well.

There must be a way with Safari, probably with userContent.css but I have no idea how to do it
